Malcolm Craig
Writer at Contested Ground Studios, Malcolm is responsible for A-State, Cold City and Hot War. A prominent member of Scotland’s thriving Indie Game scene, Malcolm is a regular at Conpulsion.
This year we have invited him as a guest in recognition of his success with the Ennie award nominated Hot War, and because we haven’t seen him in ages as he spent last year in New Zealand!
Avenger Enterprises
Avengers are a UK publishing company that produce Traveller products. They are also a great group of guys who love gaming, talking about gaming and drinking – not necessarily in that order! They will be running various demos and sharing their thoughts about gaming, Game Mastering and such in our seminars.
Loren Wiseman
One of the stalwarts of the gaming community, Loren is one of the creators of Traveller. He also wrote many things for Game Designers Workshop and then moved on to Steve Jackson games to work on their Traveller line.
Cubicle 7
Cubicle 7 are probably one of the UKs fastest rising stars. Having recently published the excellent Doctor Who licensed game, they are now proceeding to Lord of the Rings! Other products include SLA Industries, Victoriana, Starblazer adventures and QIN. They have recently diversified into publishing games in partnership with independent game writers – including our very own Gregor Hutton.
Regulars
There are a few other industry luminaries who are regulars at Conpulsion. This includes Chris Baylis, Phil Masters (SJ Games) and various others.
